The WildKAT Challenge officially kicks off TODAY! The packets will be sent home with students this afternoon. More details in the coming days about prizes for participation and fundraising.
The WildKAT Challenge is a Knowledge-a-Thon that will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2019. The list of questions has been sent home with the packets, but can also be viewed online here (click the numbered tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet to view questions for different grades). Your support in helping our students showcase their knowledge and supporting our school is greatly appreciated!
Students will be collecting pledges for the WildKAT Challenge over the next several weeks. 100% of the money raised goes to benefit the students of Webster Elementary School.
We need your help to make this a success!!
- Assist your child in filling out the pledge sheet and requesting pledges from family, friends or anyone who would be interested in supporting our students. Pledges can be either a “per question amount” for the 50 questions (20 questions for 4K) or a straight dollar amount.
- The pledge sheet needs to be returned to school by Friday, February 8th. It is important that all pledge sheets are returned, even if no pledges were collected. We do, however, encourage everyone to participate in this event. The students have a great time and pledges support our school.
- Please give strong consideration to volunteering for this event. The WildKAT Challenge requires 35-40 volunteers to be a success and we need your help! Grandparents, aunts, uncles, family friends and anyone else you can think of can volunteer. If you are interested, please fill out the attached volunteer form.
- If you have questions about the WildKAT Challenge please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you very much!
